Meru, you are doing it wrong!!!
Its 3:20 a.m. in the morning and I have flight to catch at 6:15 in the morning. I have called my cab at 4:15 a.m., old trusted Meru Cabs. I have been using Meru Cabs for all my travel/airport pickup and drop needs since i came to Delhi. They are on-time, clean and comfortable. Now there is one big thing they are doing wrong. I remember once i booked their cab using their website and had done it multiple times over call and recently they have also launched their mobile app too. So you can book cabs with them over three mediums:
1) Call – mobile
3) Mobile App
Now, what they are doing wrong is that i cannot access my data of booked cabs in past using website on mobile app or booked over call in mobile app/website. There is huge gap in their data integration platform (if they have any).
In today’s world where consumer experience is the major thing driving business all over the world, this small thing cannot be neglected. This is the challenge which every company should understand to provide a seamless experience to its consumers whatsoever is the medium for exchange of information. You eliminate that problem, you eliminate loosing consumers.
